Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how paid Fliint plans, renewals, cancellations, failed payments, taxes, and refund requests work.

Subscriptions and renewals
Monthly or annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Your billing period, plan, taxes, payment method, and invoices are managed through our payment provider.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a paid subscription from billing settings when available or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, you keep access to paid features until the end of the current paid billing period.
Refund requests
If Fliint does not work for your team, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will review the request. Refunds are not guaranteed after that period, for renewal charges, for accounts that violate our terms, or for usage that indicates substantial benefit from the paid service.
Lifetime offers
Lifetime offers, when available, provide access to the stated plan features for the life of the Fliint product, subject to fair use, security needs, and the Terms and Conditions. Lifetime purchases may be refunded only within 14 days of purchase unless required by law.
Plan changes
Upgrades may take effect immediately. Downgrades or removals of paid features usually take effect at the end of the current billing period. Taxes, exchange rates, bank fees, and payment-provider fees are not controlled by Fliint.
Failed payments
If payment fails, we may retry the charge, notify account owners, limit paid features, suspend access, or cancel the subscription after a reasonable grace period.
