Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your access to and use of Fliint, including feedback widgets, public portals, roadmaps, changelogs, billing, and team workspaces.
Last updated: June 1, 2026
Agreement to these terms
By creating an account, using a workspace, installing the widget, or accessing Fliint, you agree to these terms. If you use Fliint on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
Use of the service
You may use Fliint to collect customer feedback, manage feature requests, publish roadmaps, announce product updates, and communicate with subscribers for your product. You are responsible for the content, configuration, users, domains, integrations, and activity in your workspace.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for actions taken by users you invite to your workspace. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or workspace has been compromised.
Customer content
You retain ownership of feedback, roadmap items, changelog posts, comments, logos, and other content you submit to Fliint. You give us permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide and improve the service.
Public portals, widgets, and changelog pages may display content publicly based on your settings. Do not submit content unless you have the rights and permissions needed to use it with Fliint.
Acceptable use
You may not use Fliint to violate laws, infringe rights, send spam, distribute malware, collect sensitive information without a lawful basis, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or publish abusive, deceptive, hateful, or illegal content. Our Acceptable Use Policy provides more detail.
Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider and may renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing period. Prices, plan limits, and features may change over time, but changes will not reduce your current paid access during an active billing period unless required for security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Refunds, cancellations, failed payments, lifetime offers, and taxes are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Third-party services
Fliint may integrate with or rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, analytics, email delivery, billing, payments, and product integrations. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Service changes and availability
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We work to keep Fliint reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Intellectual property
Fliint, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Fliint or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell the service except as allowed by law or with written permission.
Disclaimers and liability
Fliint is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Fliint in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Fliint at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay amounts due, or use Fliint in a way that may cause legal or security harm.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product, website, or email. Continued use of Fliint after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
