Terms of service

These terms govern access to and use of Fliint, a reputation-operations product provided by PCTR d.o.o.

Operator

Fliint is provided by PCTR d.o.o., Lokev 173, 6219 Lokev, Slovenia. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Fliint helps organizations request reviews, attribute feedback to team members, manage review inboxes, run challenges, and generate operational reports. Features may depend on connected third-party providers and your subscription plan.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. Organization owners are responsible for members they invite and for configuring locations, permissions, and provider connections correctly.

Acceptable use

You may use Fliint to request honest reviews consistently. You may not use it to gate reviews, create or solicit fake reviews, ask only satisfied customers to post publicly, offer rewards conditioned on positive ratings, scrape or misuse the platform, or interfere with security or other customers.

Provider access

Google Business Profile, Google Places, Stripe, email, AI, and similar features depend on third-party terms and credentials. Use of Google-derived business data is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Mock or demo providers are for evaluation only and must not be represented as production connections.

Human review of AI content

AI-assisted replies require human review by default. You are responsible for confirming that public replies are accurate, appropriate, and free of private customer information before posting.

Plans, billing, and access

Workspace access requires an active paid subscription and is subject to the selected location and team-member limits. Fees, renewals, and cancellations follow the plan and checkout terms presented at purchase. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

Intellectual property

PCTR d.o.o. and its licensors own Fliint software, branding, and related materials. You retain ownership of your organization content. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the service.

Availability and disclaimers

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that third-party integrations will always function. The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Slovenian and EU law, PCTR d.o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from third-party providers, user-generated content, or misuse of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Courts in Slovenia have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
