Five signals. No mystery score.

Every point maps to a public reputation signal or a clearly labelled local comparison.

Review strength

Your public Google rating and total review volume.

Local position

How rating and volume compare with a nearby same-category sample.

Profile readiness

Whether essential contact, hours and operating information is present.

Review freshness

The newest date in the limited review sample Google returns.

Trust foundation

Whether the absolute rating and volume provide meaningful customer confidence.

WHY IT MATTERS

Your Google profile is often the first storefront customers see.

When someone searches for a nearby service business, Google says local results are mainly influenced by relevance, distance and prominence. Reviews and positive ratings can contribute to prominence, but they are only part of the system.

A useful reputation audit therefore needs more than a star rating. Fliint compares the profile’s review strength with nearby businesses, checks essential public information and separates verified signals from planning assumptions.

About the free Google reputation audit

What is a Google reputation score?

Fliint’s score is an independent 0–100 assessment of public Google rating and review strength, nearby category competition, essential Business Profile information, and the freshness of the limited review sample returned by Google Places.

Is this an official Google score?

No. Google does not publish a single reputation score. Fliint calculates this diagnostic independently using live Google Places data and a transparent methodology. Fliint is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Does a higher score guarantee better Google Maps ranking?

No. Google says local results are mainly based on relevance, distance and prominence. Reviews can help prominence, but no third party can guarantee a ranking position.

Why do you ask for monthly customer interactions?

That number lets Fliint show a transparent planning range for additional honest review opportunities. The estimate is a scenario, not a promise, and displays its assumptions beside the result.

Do you store my Google reviews?

No. The public audit does not store review text, reviewer names, addresses or copied Google profile content. It retains the Place ID, contact details you submit and independently derived scores so the Fliint team can follow up on your requested report.
