A tracked team member is an employee with an individual profile, QR/NFC link and performance record. Archived employees do not count toward the limit.
No. Manager and administrator accounts have their own plan limits.
Yes. NFC cards can be purchased separately on any active paid plan. Free card bundles are reserved for first-time annual subscriptions.
No. Every employee automatically receives a digital QR link. Physical NFC cards make it faster and easier to ask customers for feedback in person.
Yes. A card can be reassigned from the Fliint dashboard because it uses a dynamic Fliint link rather than a permanently fixed Google URL.
Shipping is calculated separately based on the destination and order size.
Fliint warns the organization before the limit is reached and guides an administrator to upgrade. Existing data is never deleted automatically.
Yes. Customers can upgrade immediately and schedule downgrades for the end of the current billing period.
No. VAT or applicable taxes are calculated during checkout.
