Acceptable Use Policy

This policy protects Fliint, our customers, and their users by setting boundaries for workspace, portal, widget, and integration activity.

Illegal or harmful activity

You may not use Fliint to violate laws, regulations, sanctions, export controls, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or contractual obligations. You may not use Fliint to threaten, harass, exploit, defame, or harm others.

Abusive content

Do not submit, publish, or encourage content that is hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, violent, deceptive, fraudulent, or intended to incite harm. Product feedback can be critical, but it must stay lawful and safe.

Spam and unwanted communications

You may not use Fliint to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, phishing attempts, or deceptive changelog notifications. Subscriber lists must be collected and used with the required permissions.

Security abuse

You may not probe, scan, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, introduce malware, abuse APIs, interfere with service availability, or attempt to access data or systems without authorization.

Sensitive information

Do not use Fliint to collect or store sensitive personal information unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards. This includes government identifiers, payment card numbers, health information, precise geolocation, biometric data, and credentials.

Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, suspend workspaces, block traffic, or terminate accounts when we believe this policy has been violated or when activity creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk.
