You can adjust heading copy, colors, card style, and whether reviewer names and dates appear. A minimum displayed rating filters which individual cards show; the summary rating still reflects every review in scope—useful when you want to highlight four- and five-star stories without hiding your true average.
Five-step setup walkthrough
1. Connect Google Business Profile and sync reviews
In Fliint, connect the Google Business Profile for each location you want on the website. Reviews sync automatically into your organization library. Website widgets are included on Starter plans and above—you do not need Growth or Scale unless you also want location comparison or challenges.

2. Create a widget and choose the format
Open Widgets in your Fliint workspace. Create a new widget, name it for the page it will serve (for example “Homepage carousel” or “Chicago branch badge”), and pick the layout that matches the slot on your site.
For multi-location operators, create separate widgets per branch when each location page should show only that branch’s reviews. A corporate homepage can use an organization-wide carousel instead.
3. Customize appearance to match your brand
Set light, dark, or automatic theme, accent colors, typography, corner radius, and card style (soft, bordered, or minimal). Add your logo if the layout supports it.
Keep copy honest: “Recent Google reviews” or “What customers say on Google” works better than implying every visitor left five stars.
4. Copy the install snippet and paste on your site
From the widget’s Install tab, copy the embed snippet and place it where the widget should render:
- WordPress — Custom HTML block
- Shopify — Custom Liquid section in the theme editor
- Webflow or Wix — Embed element
- Custom sites — Paste in the page body at the desired position

5. Publish and spot-check on mobile

Can I filter low-star reviews from the carousel?
You can set a minimum displayed rating for individual cards. The aggregate rating in the widget summary still reflects all reviews in scope, so visitors see an honest overall score.
